The Town Hall

  In 1799 a one-storied building was constructed for the residence of the governor-general. From 1892 to1895 at the same location a new two-story building with columns was constructed. From 1895 it was used for the sessions of the town council. In 1934 it was reconstructed as a four-story building, but some features of the facade were lost.
