The Russo-Asian Bank

  The Russian-Asian Bank was established in 1910 in Saint-Petersburg. It dealt mostly with China. Its office in Irkutsk was built in 1912. An opinion exists that the architect used a European building as a pattern. The bank is considered to be the finest example of modernist style in Irkutsk. Now it houses the polyclinic.
