Arcade of Vtoroff & sons Firm

  The founder, the merchant Alexander Vtoroff, moved to Irkutsk in 1862 and began a wholesale business of drapery, furs and gold. In 1900 he was permitted to establish a joint-stock company for the continuation and expansion of his trade. Since 1897 the managing committee was located in Moscow. Now it is the House of children's creative work.
