Municipal College named "The Kindergarten"

  This smart wooden building housed the municipal college. The money was donated by merchants. It was designed like a traditional Russian tower with fanciful fretwork, a verandah and stained-glass windows as well as fretted balconies and a turret. The building was moved away form this location, and now there stands a building belonging to Irkutsk Hospital.
