Although we think our site is pretty easy to navigate, we felt some of you may need a little extra help so we put together this quick help guide.

The Font Doesn't Look Right
Do our menus and title's appear in Times New Roman for you? In which case you need to install the font we've used. Download the font - Franklin Gothic Demi here (right click, then choose save target as..) and save it into harddrive (usually c:\) then the windows \ fonts folder. Upon restarting your computer and visiting our website it should all look ok!

I Can't See Some Popups
Firstly, if you have a popup blocker installed, make sure you put our site on the allow exceptions list. We do not use adverts so you are at no risk from them. If you are using firefox or IE, when opening a popup you should get a small bar appear at the top of the page asking you if you wish to allow pop-ups. You can also allow them through by holding ctrl when you click a link. If that still doesn't work, make sure you have javascript enabled.

Some Parts of The Site Aren't Working
Please make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser. Go to tools, internet options, and the option should be available within there, depending upon your browser.

Some Parts of The Site Aren't Showing
Make sure you have flash installed to view some parts of our site.

The Images Around the Site Don't Align Properly
Due to different browsers acting upon web standards in different ways it is very difficult to make the site look the same in all broswers, without detracting from the experience. We have made our site to be designed with IE and firefox in mind. The site is best viewed through firefox, which is available for free and can be used on multiple operating systems including Windows, Mac OS & Linux.
