| Q: How many minutes should someone exercise a day to stay healthy? A: A person should exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Q: What kind of exercise should a person do? A: Climbing stairs, riding a bike, swimming or video exercise workouts, just do some sort of exercise they like so that they will stick with it, or they could just take a stroll to the park, mall or at school with a friend.
Q: What kind of diet should someone be on? A: People should eat at least three foods high in fiber everyday. Examples are whole grain products or brown rice. They should also eat foods low in fat by removing fat from meat before cooking, use less salt, soy salt, fish sauce, and they should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits everyday.
