Dangerous Fast Food

Nowadays, there are many different fast food shops all over the world but most of the fast food is unhealthy so we are going to introduce this dangerous fast food. If we eat too much fast food , we will get sick easily because most of the fast food used a lot of oil to cook and there are only a bit of the vegetables and fruits in the fast food , these food little dietary fibre. If you want to be a healthy person, you may avoid eating too much fast food and follow the food pyramid.
The lowest part of the food pyramid is some starchy food, like pasta, rice, potato etc. We should eat the most. This food contains carbohydrates, it gives us energy to do daily activities and keep us warm.
We should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits because this food is rich in dietary fibre and many different nutrients. It can make us healthy and grow well.
We should eat little meat, cheese, milk, egg etc. This food has a lot of proteins but we should not eat a lot this food contains a lot of fat and we should only eat little.
The top of the food pyramid is fats and sugar. We should eat less this food because does not contains any dietary fibre.
If you want to become a healthy person, please follow the food pyramid. Except this, you may eat your meal regularly. We should not eat too much or too little. I think if you follow my opinions, you will become a real healthy person soon and I believe that your resistance will be higher than before.
