Dangerous Fast Food--Calories

Do you know how dangerous are the fast food that you always have for your meal? You don’t? So let me now tell you something about calorie.
Calorie is a measurement of the energy in food. Our bodies need it to perform all its functions, like breathing and Physical activities. The right amount of calories can help us, but if you get too many calories, do you know what will happen? Yes! You will get fat! Of course, you may have many other diseases.

A normal adult needs about 2000 calories a day; let me show you some calories in fast food. For example: You have a hamburger (236), a middle size French Fries (470), a can of coke (178), a fried chicken wing (350) and a cup of ice-cream (205) for your lunch, then you have already had 1439 calories. If you still have fast food for your dinner, then you may have 3000 calories in that day. Can you now imagine why the people so fat now days?
Try to eat more vegetable and fruit in your meal. 100g of green bean is only68 calories and 100g of cooked tomato is only 20 calories, one apple~55calories, and one orange ~ 50 calories. They are much healthier and they are delicious too.
  Other than main meal, you may want to have snacks. But choosing healthy snacks are important. When you eat one pack of 100g potato chip (555) or a pack of popcorn (459), you already take 1/4 of the calories that you need in one day. You can choose fruit, biscuits or small amount of nuts.
