The
game of foosball is
a
skillful game imitating soccer on a much
smaller scale. Each player controls four sets of players. The players
on each set are held together by a bar so they all move in unison. The
amount of players varies in each set. In the one closest you goal you
usually have just one player, on the next one out you usually
have two,
on the next one out you usually have five, and on the set farthest from
your goal you usually have three. These are standard numbers however
they vary from manufacture to manufacture. The object of the game is to
kick a small white ball into your opponents goal. Play starts by one
player dropping the ball onto the field from a shoot sticking out the
side. Games are generally played to ten. The game of foosball is both
exciting to play but is also entertaining to watch because of the
non-stop action.
