Like all societies we live in, China has very distinct upper, middle and lower class families. All these families live in separate ways and wouldn't usually socialise with a lower class. China has more poverty than many other countries. This can effect peoples home life in serious ways. Children in China like children in the UK go to school and will get a good education. Living standards for much of China's population has improved dramatically  and some of the populations standards are still improving.
