CHRISTMAS IN CHINA
My name is Veronica , I'm going to talk about how chinese people celebrate christmas. I want to know the difference between Christmas in USA and Mexico the city where I was born. Everybody celebrates different is for that reason that I'm doing this topic. The main tradition that I want to know, is how chinese people celebrate christmas day
In China many Chinese people celebrate by decorating their houses with Christmas trees, cooking and eating special foods, and spending time with family and friends. Not everybody celebrates christmas, because some of them believed and some are not. Christian childrens do ornaments, maded from paper in the shapes of flowers. The chinese christmas trees areb called "Trees of light" santa claus is called Dun Che Lao Ren which means "Christmas old man".
This is an example of how Mexicans celebrate christmas
In Mexico, the Christmas celebration begins nine days before December 25 with Las Posadas. During this time the people in the town go to a different home each night. At each home the story of Mary and Joseph seeking shelter at the inn is acted out. The Piñatas is one of the funny things that we do in Mexico some people buyed or others do it by papermache decorated with paper.

In the USA some people like to adorn their doors with luminaries lights, so it can look pretty. Childrens write letters to Santa Claus, telling him what presents they would like to receive for christmas. Christmas cards are sent to friends and relatives. Most of the people put their christmas tree which is decorated with lights and lats of colourful ornaments.
