WE, TEAM PAL CHHIN, construe it as our mission to savor the moments of life by facing crises with calm, control and courage.

(I) SEE THE WORLD IN A GRAIN OF SAND…

We shall analyze and understand the ‘how’, ‘what’ and ‘why’ of different disasters and learn from our faults and follies while facing ‘nature’s fury' in the years gone by.

(II) …AND HEAVEN IN A WILD FLOWER

We shall equip ourselves and our local community to face disasters of all kinds, thereby ‘realizing heaven’ in our own community; we shall materialize the motto ‘think global, act local’.

(III) HOLD INFINITY IN THE PALMS OF YOUR HAND

We shall spread awareness about disaster management principles the World over, preparing an army of soldiers who can not just save themselves but also humanity, when the enemy strikes in the disguise of disasters.

(IV) …AND ETERNITY IN AN HOUR

We shall develop an interactive website that stands at the pivot of the ‘Pal Chhin Movement’- a movement of youngsters, guided by experiences of the past and inspired by the future; making the best of the moments of life- PAL CHHIN!
