Cell culture: A method in which we can increase the number of the cells as much as we need.

Centrifuge: A method for separating the necessary cells from the other parts of the liquid.

differentiation: evolution of specialized cells (osteoblasts) from immature cells

Falcon 15: A container for keeping cells, cell culture, etc.

FBS (Fetal Bovine serum): A laboratory substance used as cell culture

Glutinous cells: A kind of cells that gets glued on the cell culture and can live and differentiate.

Mesenchymal stem cells: a kind of stem cells which gets glued on the cell culture plates and it is like spindle.

osteoblast: bones making cells that exist naturally in bones and in the structure of bone marrow

Passage: Transferring the cells to a larger container from the smaller one.

PBS buffer: A kind of chemical substance using for neutralizing thrypsin in medium culture.

Plates: A circle container used for keeping cells.

Thrypsin: A kind of enzyme to separate the cells from medium culture in laboratory.

Thrypsinized: Add thrypsinized medium culture to separated cells
