Beast of Gevaudan

·       The Beast of Gevaudan was an 18^th century cryptid that was said to have killed many people.

·       It lived in Gévaudan (Lozère), France.

·       It looked like a cow sized wolf-monster.

·       It was found in 1764 when a young woman was attacked.

·       It has skin that is like a bullet-proof vest.

·       An army went on a hunt for it and wounded it a few times.

·       On June 19, 1767 Chastel shot it and it finally died.
