are four major greenhouse gases; the most popular is carbon dioxide, water
vapor, methane, and nitrous oxide. -Greenhouses retain heat and the greenhouse effect is the
earth’s way of retaining heat. -Ultraviolet and infrared rays are the two heat-conducting
rays from the sun that heat up the earth’s atmosphere. To see a diagram of
