Nicholas

Hey, I am Nicholas and I'm 16 this year, studying in Raffles Institution, Singapore. I like socializing both on the net and off it, hanging out with friends and playing games together. My other interests include graphics designing, flash animation, MMORPG and strategic games. I also find fun in camping outdoors with fellow scouts, experiencing new things all the time. Net chatting and befriending new friends online are experiences I find exciting too, hence, I am online most of the time. In addition, another hobby of mine is listening to music and songs, especially those belonging to pop, punk and rock genres.

Other than that, this is my second year participating in ThinkQuest, and my previous team, The Flowerhorn Fish, emerged as the U15 runners-up last year. That's all from me, hope the site is enjoyable =).


Hu Ching

Hi, I am Hu Ching, a 15 year old student from Raffles Institution.

I enjoy watching T.V, VCDs, DVDs, playing soccer, and cycling. I hate doing boring stuff like walking around aimlessly.

I also like to keep abreast of current affairs, and then comment about any controversial stuff happening around the world. I love to include celebrities, politicians, and criminals in my conversations.

I also like to read tabloid tales on almost everything. I also love to make videos and take photos. 



Fung Shing

I am Fung Shing, a 16-year old student from Raffles Institution.

I enjoy listening to music, playing soccer, making friends and reading =D I prefer books by Asian authors, like Colin Cheong, as they can inject a local flavor that I can relate to.

Nicholas and I got to know the Hwa Chong guys (Melvin and Yu Guang) through a Thailand trip for scouts.

Like Melvin, I also love outdoor adventure like trekking, kayaking and rafting.

Darren

I'm Darren, 16 and studying at Raffles Institution.

I have a great interest in music, in fact,  I play the piano and drums. 

I think that music makes forget all his troubles and sooth one's nerves.  I love all kinds of music, from jazz to rock to pop to R&B, and attending gigs is one of my favourite things.

I love to play sports too, badminton and soccer being my favourite two sports which I play very often.

Melvin

I'm Melvin, 16, currently studying in Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore. During my free time, I play the piano at home, or go out with my friends. Usually we go cycling, watch movies, play badminton, bowling, etc. The list is endless.

I love reading too, writers like Mitch Albom and Kazuo Ishiguro inspire me and make me reflect on my life. On the other hand, writers like Dan Brown keep me glued to the exciting adventures in the book. Of course, in real life, I get to appreciate such adventures more, especially going trekking, white water rafting, abseiling, and other outdoor activities in the nature. (:

Yu Guang

I am Yu Guang, currently 16, studying in Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore.

My leisure activities revolve around outdoor activities and sports.

These include camping with my fellow scout mates, kayaking and soccer.

I hardly find time for reading but still, I enjoy Dan Brown's stories because he always leaves the readers with a mystery, keeping the readers glued to his novels.
