Optimum Resolution
This site is designed for 800X600 monitor resolution and above. If your computer's resolution is too small, horizontal bars which may be troublesome due to repeated scrolling, detrimental to the viewing functionality of this site, will appear. To solve this,
go to the desktop, right-click on a blank spot and click properties. When the properties window pops up, click the settings tab and adjust your resolution.

Unable to Read Text
If you have selected the wrong kind of text encoding for our site, the text here will appear as unreadable symbols. To fix this, right-click on the text and mouse over "encoding". Click on Unicode, or Western European.
Unable to View Flash Applications
If you are unable to access the Flash quiz and animations provided,
it is probably because your computer does not have Macromedia Flash Player installed, or the version that you have is not updated. Our site uses Flash Player 7.0 which may be download it from here.
Long Load Time
The text-only version which can be accessed on the left shortens loading time significantly, select it if your connection speed is too slow to support the graphic version.
Active Content Block
Users using recent versions of Windows XP and Internet Explorer might see this bar appearing everytime they visit our site, or when they are trying to load our flash applications. This happens because Windows blocks a Javascript code in our site that allows you to bookmark our site by clicking on a button on the left. This bar can be removed temporarily by clicking on the bar and then clicking on "Allow Blocked Content".
If you however wish to remove this bar permanantly when visiting our site, do the following steps: In the menu bar at the top of Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, scroll down, and under the Security header check the box beside "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".
