About the Website
This website is created with the audience of global students in mind. Our website was geared towards informing schooling students all over the world about the Education System that Singapore has. We have done this through introducing all the stages of our education system, with the formal tone indicating the effectiveness of our education system. We hope that through our website, students all over the world would recognise the benefits of schooling in Singapore, and thus consider taking up an education career in our country.
Our website was also designed to allow global students to compare and contrast their own education system with ours. Through comparing the education systems, the audience would be able to see the pros and cons of both system and thus, have a good idea of what is the most ideal education system. Common traits between the systems would be indicative of an advantage that both systems have while differing policies may suggest that there is space for improvement in either systems.
Lastly, we also hope that through our website, the local students in Singapore would be inspired to plan for their future. Our website explains in great depths the many pathways that a Singaporean student can take for their future. The diversity of our education system calls for a need for prior planning. We hope that through understanding all these various pathways, the young local students would be able to take their future in their own hands and begin to think of their future which is at stake.
