We are 6 High School students from Mirta Ramirez Computer Science Charter School. We are doing this thinkquest page as a project for computer class, we decided that we were going to do Latin America Culture because we are all hispanics and three of us, Yesenia, Nicole and Glibert are mexicans so we were going to focus on Mexico and then Tricia is Ecuadorian which is doing Ecuador, and Dayra is doing Guatemala because shes from Guatemala.
About Yesenia - My name is Yesenia, I am 15. I was born in Chicago Illinois, but my parents are from Mexico. I really like the Mexican culture and leanrning more about Mexico, which is kind of interesting because of the history with spanish. I barely found out that I have spaniard blood. So I really like learning and sharing what I know about Mexico.
About Nicole - My name is Nicole, I am 16. I was born in Chicago Illinois, I have many different nationalities in me and I was curious about my Mexican culture. I've learned alot about Mexico so far just from doing this project and I hope to learn more.
About Gilberto - My name is Gilberto, I am 16 years old. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Yet both my mom, and dad were born and raised in a small pueblo in Mexico, which is Tayahua, Zacatecas. I enjoy my nationality and wouldn't give it up for anything. I also hope to learn more about Mexico from doing this project.
About Tricia- My name is Tricia, I go to school at Mirta Ramirez Computer Science Charter School in Chicago, IL. My homepage title is "Ecuador and the Galapagos Island".
