About Us

Ankuri, a member of the class of 2007 at Ward Melville High School, is currently a junior.  She has run competitively as a member of the track and cross country teams for her school for the past four years. She has also formerly played soccer and basketball. Her ethnic background is Indian and she hopes to work in the medical and related science fields in the future.

Sarah is a member of the Ward Melville High School class of 2007.  Throughout elementary school she played soccer in an intramural league.  From grades four through nine, Sarah competed on several school and church league basketball teams.  Sarah began running for her school team in seventh grade, and has been running ever since.  She currently runs cross-country for her school team, and is a member of Rolling Thunder, a running team which trains disabled athletes.  Sarah enjoys Tae Kwon Do, which she has been doing for ten years, and has acquired the rank of a third degree black belt.  Her ethnic background is Jewish and she dreams of becoming a sports medicine doctor, finding a cure for autism, and helping the disabled.

Skye is a member of the Ward Melville High School class of 2007. She is of Italian, Irish, and Native American ancestry and has no religious affiliation. In the past Skye has played many sports, including tennis, volleyball, basketball, and softball. Upon entering high school Skye stopped playing other sports in order to focus on volleyball, which she has been playing for five years. Off season she plays on a travel volleyball team. In the future Skye would like to be a writer for a comedic television series.
