Llamas are easy to care for and tons of fun to own. Like any pet they have to be properly cared for. A single acre of land can hold three to four llamas. They eat many types of grass, hay or grain and require some sort of salt mineral in their diet. Llamas just like any other pet require an avaliable supply of fresh water at all times. Llamas have an extremely soft coat that can be sheared and used for many things.
