Opinions are communicated through blogs.

Communication of ideas, opinions or news is one of the main applications of blogging, be it between a small group of people, or with the general blogosphere. Bloggers typically create blogs to communicate with others news regarding a given activity, such as soccer, or about their everyday lives For example, a blog on soccer could talk about everything from the strengths and weaknesses of players, to favourite teams and even to the financial aspect of the game. A blog can be created on any topic desired, from sports to arts and in some cases politics. Blogging is a form of communication, and this is the primary use of any given blog.

Keeping in Touch

Another form of communication is keeping in touch with others around oneself. Oftentimes, one finds oneself distanced from a friend or family member. Hence, some people create blogs to record interesting happenings in their lives such as to share it with this distanced member.

Moneymaking

Blogs can be viable avenues of moneymaking. As with any other website, blogs commonly include advertisements, and other forms of moneymaking activities. Many popular bloggers use such means to profit from their blogs, as their fans will inevitably come across these advertisements while reading their blogs. Google provides a service it terms ‘AdSense’, which is a service which allows users to put ads by google on their websites, and get paid by google for every click they receive.
