Watching as his wife slip into depression, he vowed never to let this happen to anyone else. As he was also wounded in the accident, his doctor had to replace both his legs with bionic ones that react to the electronic transmissions through his nerves, making him able to run very fast. He is also able to create force field using the electronic transmissions, using them to stop car accidents on the road.
