This section, we will be telling you more about preparation before a training.session.

Before a run, be it long run or intervals, it is always important to warm up and cool down. Why's that? Warming up and cooling help to make your muscles adapt to training properly. If you do not warm up and cool down before training, your legs will ache the next day and we do NOT want that.

Preferably, the warm up should be about 15 minutes and at a pace that you feel VERY comfortable at. This is done just to warm up your legs so that you would be able to have a good work out.

Cooling down should also be done at about as confortable as warming up. This should also take up 15 minutes of your precious time and is absolutely essential. This is done to prevent lactic acid from collecting in your legs. If done properly, no pain should be felt in the leg the next day.
