Rising deadlines of terrorism
The causes of terrorism can be historical, cultural, political, social, psychological, economic or religious or can be a combination of all these. It is seen that the democratic countries have provided a fertile ground for terrorism because of the open nature of their societies. In democratic societies, the citizens enjoy fundamental rights, civil liberties but the government does not monitor the activities of the people. In contrast, the places where the citizens have been closely monitored suffer more attack than the other countries where it is absent.
In broad terms, the causes of terrorism are grievances borne of political oppression, cultural domination, economic exploitation, ethnic discrimination and religious persecution. Moreover the perceived in equalities in the distribution of wealth and political power had led some terrorists to attempt to overthrow democratically elected government. In order to achieve a fairer society, they would replace these governments with socialist of communist regimes.
The increasing number of suicide attacks committed by the terrorists also increases the deadlines for the terrorist's attacks. Earlier the terrorist attacks done by a group would have published their cause for the attack. From this we can understand that the targets of the terrorism have been changed from a political motive to an individual's greed or often no reason also. Thus the terrorist activities have no explanation or justification outside the terrorist group itself or it's supporters.
