     This site was created for a competition, sponsored by Oracle. Students from Long Beach High School came together to form a group (lbwebsurfers), to enter the competition. In our brainstorming sessions, we came to the conclusion that we wanted to create a site that affected, not only one part of the world, but all the people in the world.
Topics such as religion, poverty, race and prejudice, are concerns that affect every human being in their lifetime. It is our hope, that The Great Divide will soon be diminished, and this site will raise awareness of major issues facing our species. Every beginning has an end… Could humanity, band together in order to ensure peace and tranquility to this Earth? Only time will tell…
