Religion has been around since the beginning of time. Man has used it to explain the world in which he could not understand, helping give meaning to the good and the bad. Romans, Egyptians and Greeks all believed that their Gods were responsible for existence, and yet, most of the Gods were not the same. There was no one answer. This has been a recurring theme throughout history. People, their beliefs, and their Gods were never the same, nor can they be.

However in our world now, religion isn’t about the unknown of why our crops grow,
what causes lightning or fire, its not because of the sun rising and setting
or the death of a family member, we have science to explain all of that, it is
about the creation of life, the reason for life and the eternal life. Religion
helps people, gives them hopes and dreams but it has become a much more potent
political means in recent years for other more in human acts.
