The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of meeting schedules is forgotten.

Thank you for taking the time to visit The Great Divide. This site was created by a team of individual students from a school in New York (U.S.A.). We first met each other through a Media Production course in which we learned to use the tools from Dreamweaver in order to make our very first web pages. Shortly before the course ended and we had completed our own websites, we heard of a competition which was funded by Oracle.

While reviewing some of the former winning websites from previous competitions, we decided that content was more important than the layout. While each were important, content seemed to be the basis of what could bring a site from just looking nice and functioning well, to being efficient.

We would like to thank the following people:

Mr. Mike Richez - Technology Director
Mr. Nicholas Resitivo - High School Principal
Mr. John Emmons - High School Vice Princiapl/Chair of the Technology Department

And a Special thanks to our Coaches:
Mr. Dileo
Mr. Georges
