How Horses Came to America
Horses were brought
to America by the Spanish Conquistadors and left here. They began to group in
herds and breed. They Indians then tamed the horses and used them in their
every day life. Then horses were brought over in the settlements of the New
England Colonies and then their population has grown and they have populated
the whole United States of
America.
