Spiky Echidna

The book is about how the baby Echidna gets a piece of wire caught in between his spines.  The baby cries for hours. All the animals try to pull the piece of wire out of the baby echidna’s back; unfortunately the animals can’t help the baby. The mother echidna and the baby echidna go to the pond and try to pull the wire out. Finally a friendly possum that lived close to the pond pulled the wire out. When the possum pulled the wire out , he said "When people go camping, they drop things on the floor and forget to pick them up. They don’t realise how dangerous rubbish can be.” After saying that he went and put the wire in the bin.

The moral of the story was- when you go camping be careful you don’t drop any rubbish, and if you do please put it in the bin.
