From America’s point of view, Saddam is very evil.  Then again, that is only our opinion. We think he is evil because WE think he killed many people. Saddam is a dictator which means that he was not elected but he took over the government by killing all the people that WERE in the government. He thinks that if one person makes decisions, that the world will be a better place. His way of thinking is different than our way of thinking because he is a dictator. Dictators want one person to lead a whole country. Dictators do not believe that voting is a good form of election because they might get voted out. That is why they do not LIKE voting. We in America, have a democratic government, we allow voting in OUR country. We believe that voting is good because it allows equal rights to all people at the age of 18 and above.
