Avian flu is a communicable and deadly disease. It can infect and kill animals, and even humans. The disease is still growing and is currently spreading into more countries. There is a possibility that the disease will mutate into a deadlier disease that can penetrate our body’s immune system and will infect more and more people at a very high rate. This disease must be suppressed quickly before it can develop and kill more living things, especially humans.

Livestock will get infected and die, so the government must terminate all the livestock, and poultry. This will harm poultry agriculturers greatly, and reduce our food supply. Foreign countries may stop importing poultry from countries infected by bird flu, so the exporting country's economy will suffer, and the importing country's poultry supply will go down, and cause the price to go up.Countries infected by bird flu will also have less tourists because the tourists are afraid that they might catch bird flu, and cause the economy to go down even more.
