Senior Research Scientist, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory

Rajesh Maingi is a senior research scientist at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory based in Princeton, NJ, United States. He has conducted experiments on fusion devices at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), San Diego, in Germany, and in England. His day-to-day activities including running fusion experiments over several machines. On April 17, 2006, members of our team interviewed Mr. Maingi at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL). He gave us a generous tour of the facility, including the NSTX Control Room and the site where the reactor itself is housed.

Executive Director, Coalition for Peace Action

Since 1981, Reverend Moore has been serving as the full-time Executive Director of the Coalition for Peace Action. On a day-to-day basis, Moore coordinates the political advocacy and grassroots campaign of the Coalition. Reverend Moore also is a part-time Pastor of the East Brunswick Congregational Church and a part-time Pastor of the Livingston Avenue United Church of Christ. He graduated from Wittenberg University in 1976 with a Master of Divinity and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Purdue University in 1972.

Teacher of American Studies, West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North

Mr. Albert Paulsson has been teaching American Studies and other social studies courses at the West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North for seven years. His students all refer to him as the best, and enjoy his many political references to modern-day current events. Mr. Paulsson graduated from Trenton State College with a bachelors degree in history. He attended The College of New Jersey to complete his graduate schooling. After that, he applied for a teaching job at WW-P North where he currently serves as a social studies teacher.

Deputy Chief, Plainsboro Fire Company

Mr. Vorp has been fighting fires and serving his community for 13 years. He rose through the ranks, starting as a firefighter, to Deputy Chief. He has lived in Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States for the bulk of his life. As Deputy Chief, he is second-in-command when it comes to firefighting operations. He does whatever is necessary in his Department to serve his community, often arriving as the first-responder to any fire or rescue operation. In the absence of the Chief, he serves as the command officer at fire scenes. When the Chief is present, he assists him in controlling the problem at hand. Mr. Vorp is also the Training Officer for the Department. He oversees the training of new firefighters and existing members.

Author, Killer Germs

Along with his brother, he authored Killer Germs, a book documenting the history of disease as it affects human beings. In the book, he discusses the germ theory, bacterial diseases, recent concerns such as the flu and lime disease, antibiotics, and the threat of bioterrorism. It has received a 5/5 positive rating on Amazon.com and is a very captivating work on disease and pathogens even for the person who knows nothing about the subject. Mr. Barry Zimmerman attended Brooklyn College for his undergraduate schooling. Long Island University masters in microbiology. He has been teaching science for 36 years.
