Robin Hood is an outlaw who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. In other
words he hated rich and greedy people but liked poor and needy people. The reason
he liked the poor people was because he was one of them so he did everything
he could to help them.
Here is some information on Robin Hood you might think is very interesting but
you probably never have thought of.
I’m sure you think you have heard almost all of the Robin Hood tales.
However have you heard the one about where a king named Edward was traveling
about the country when he met Robin Hood. The King pardons him. The next thing
Robin Hood knew, was that he found himself working in the kings’ court.
But have you ever thought about him helping the poor and homeless? Do you know
what he is doing? He was breaking down a wall, a wall of discrimination which
took advantage of the poor, made by the king. When Robin killed the sheriff,
the king got so scared that he left the kingdom at once. Robin Hood was the
hero (of course). When the king left, the wall of discrimination and taking
advantage of others was broken. The town’s people could live in the kingdom
without being taken advantage of anymore.
