R. L. Stine
Robert Lawrence Stine was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 8, 1943. Robert had a dog named Nadine. At nine years old, he started to write his own books to give to his friends. He used to write short stories, joke books and comic strips. He was a graduate of Ohio State University.
R.L Stine is the Best Selling Children's Author of all time. He has written many series books including Goosebumps, Fear Street, and the Nightmare Room. One of his first series (Locker 13) won the Disney Adventure Kid's Choice Awards as best Mystery/Horror book of the year of 2000. It is about a boy who gets assigned to locker 13. His locker really opens up to another world! His books has made children love to read. R.L Stine is the 2nd best children's book writer in America. Another one of his series, called Nightmare Room, launched its way to television in the year of 2001. He has also wrote a scary story book called Beware. In my opinion, he is the best author in this website because I love scary stories.
