There are some online sites were you can learn how to use sign language.
You can watch movies in which sign language is used.
Most of the time you can see a word.
Sometimes you can see how a whole sentence is signed.

It is specially made for kids.

American Sign Language Browser

Click on desired letter at the bottom of that site to open an index of words that begin with that letter to the right.
Then click on a word to the right to obtain its sign in this area.
Be a little patient for a quick time movie to open.
