The Dutch word for 'sign language' is 'gebarentaal' or 'vingerspelling' (= finger spelling).
If you want you can translate your name (or any other words) into sign language.
The pictures you see is the translation of the separate characters.

Deaf people use these characters to spell a (new) word.
Real sign language is much more complicated.
Deaf people have signs for words, feelings or sentences, etc.
