Joke My name is Joke Duim. I am married with two children. I am a teacher of the English language at a secondary school in Almere. (But I am not a native English speaker.) I've got a lot of hobbies: tennis, music, theater, movies, reading, walking etc. Last year I was one of the coaches of the Dutch girls team “Take a look through my eyes” and we won the first prize in our category. We were so excited to visit San Francisco and we had a wonderful time during our stay. This year Tineke and I coach two teams: three of the girls started new teams and they all worked very hard to create a wonderful site again. My main 'job' is to read the sites carefully when they are finished, to see if the English that is used is by the team members will be understood by anyone over the world who reads this site. I try not to change to much about their sentences. We hope you will enjoy these new sites! |
