We have had local elections in March 2006 in the Netherlands.
There are several sites on which you can get information about these elections.
Some sites are fun site. We have found this one where you can make your own (election) posters.
As you can see, we have made some posters with quotes about senses.
The word 'stem' means "vote".

You can make your own posters at: www.leuzendetector.nl

Wait for the programme to open and click on: "Ga naar de leuzenplakplaats', which means: 'go to the slogan paste place'
After that, click on: "Maak je eigen verkiezingsposter", which means: 'make your own election poster'

In the box: "je naam" you can type your own name, or some one else's name (like we did).
In the box: "je leus' you have to type the text that you want to appear on the poster.

You can pick four colors.
Click on "Bekijk je poster" to see how your poster looks like.
You have to fill in your email address so that the poster can be mailed to you.
Click on "Verzend" to send it.
Of course you can also send one to someone else.

When you have recieved the mail and picked up your poster by clicking on "hier", you can make a print screen and use paint to cut out your poster.
