On August 3^rd Tropical Storm Harvey formed southwest of Bermuda. It was never a well organized storm. It passed within 45 miles of Bermuda while on its northeasterly track reaching maximum sustained winds of 65 mph. Bermuda was soaked by Harvey. Harvey lost its tropical storm strength 535 miles southeast of Cape Race, Newfoundland, on August 8^th.
