The world was shaped by many remarkable people. Try to name some off of the top of your head and you will probably think of kings, or presidents. Or, if you name some specific people, you might think of George Washington, or Orville and Wilbur Wright, Leonardo Davinci, or Albert Einstein. But what about women? What ever happened to women’s accomplishments throughout history? Have you ever heard of Dona de Erauso? What about Susan G. Koman? How about Baroness de le Roche, Isadora Duncan, Hertha Marks Aryton, Jeanette Rankin, or Shirin Ebadi? Maybe you have heard of them, but do you know what they accomplished? Do you know what they went through to overcome the hardships they faced? In most cases the answer is "probably not."

This website is designed to show you some of the astonishing and miraculous accomplishments that women, both famous and not so famous, have done over the years. Take a journey throughout time and really look at all of what women have done for the world. And remember ladies, it is not up to the men to do everything; If you set your mind to something, you can make as much of a difference in history as any man can!
