Popcorn Water

Let’s face it, we all love to snack, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be healthy snacking. Even occasional junk food can be okay, but only if it is consumed in moderation. Below is a list of tips to help you control snacking.

  1. Choose wisely. Have the popcorn, but skip the butter. Have fruit sorbet instead of ice cream. If you are craving spicy Mexican chips, have salsa instead of cheese dip. When you want something sweet, try a juicy orange, not a candy bar.

  2. Don't skip regular meals only to end up snacking on junk.

  3. Before snacking, drink a full glass of water (you need 8-10 per day) to curb your hunger.
