Israel, a country in the Middle East has a total population consisting of , 82% Jews and 12% Arabs and Muslims. Most people who live there are concentrated in urban areas. There are over 2000 small communities in Israel. The Israeli flag has a blue six-pointed star with a white background.
It is known as the Magen David or the Star of David. The six-pointed star is between two parallel blue horizontal lines. Jerusalem is an area with much religious significance for Jews. The Wailing Wall, also know as the Western Wall is an area where many Jews worship every day.

The Jewish faith has many movements. Zionism started in the late 19th century. One of the main movements in the Israeli area, it is a movement consisting of people who are against Anti-Semitic people. Now, Modern Zionism followers are concerned with the growth of the state of Israel.
