Gone But Not Forgotten

Knossos Overview

Arthur Evans discovered the lost land of Knossos. His excavation began in 1900 and lasted 35 years! Many artifacts were found during the excavation of the site. The most interesting things were found in the Palace of Minos, which was the center of Minoan civilization. Large storage pots, stones inscripted with an unknown language, and many other things are just a few examples of what they found in the Palace.
