Chicago

Chicago is a musical about a girl, Roxie Hart who wants to be famous. Roxie killed her secret boyfriend as a career move. Roxie is caught and then is put to trial. Billy Flynn, a lawyer who had never lost one case, turned Roxie into a star. Billy used crime to her advantage. Alongside Roxie is Velma Kelly, a murderer Roxie idolized. Velma wants Billy to set her free, too! The music is wonderful in this play. Chicago is a play that has some mature scenes. Chicago has stunning music and an active plot!

People can buy the DVD or VHS version of Chicago. It is also very good and very similar. The music adds to the setting. The dancing is great! Chicago is also a musical great for those who love jazz!

Chicago is shown at the Ambassador Theatre located on 219 West 49th St. between Broadway and 8th Ave.
