About Our Project

We have worked very hard on our project. Over the course of the project, we learned many new Macromedia programs, while also using some of the programs we already were familiar with. We have begun to be more efficient with Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia Fireworks along with learning how to use Macromedia Flash. Our site, for example, was built with Dreamweaver. The buttons and curtains were created using Fireworks. Our movie was made with Flash. Towards the end, we learned how to use Photo Story. Using this, the picture slideshow was created. The internet aided us in completing our website, too. For instance, we used the interent to get music, picutres, information, and games. Our site was greatly enhanced by Internet Explorer. A large variety of programs were used to make this site everything it is.

Below is a table showing our collaborative efforts. We each had responsibilies and would meet several times a week to insure they were completed. Everyone had their strengths and weaknesses that led to the creation of "Broadway Inside-Out." Casey loved finding pictures, inserting them into the site, and most of all, writing about the individual shows. Meg enjoyed using Fireworks and Flash to make different designs. Sam also liked to find and insert pictures. She made the majority of the bibliography. Sam completed many tasks, too. Mrs. T was able to hold the entire group together. Mrs. T gave her imput and told us how to make our site the most attractive. Our group was very cooperative.

We would like to thank many people. First and foremost, we would like to thank our coach, Mrs. T. She gave so much time to us. Almost every morning she would come in early and help us out. Without her, this site never would have been sucessful. Next, we want to thank Mrs. Brandon. She often came to our room in the morning. Mrs. Brandon has taught us many things about Dreamweaver. We would also like to thank Mr. Saldicco. He taught us how to make flash movies like our opening movie. We would also like to thank our good friend Nat who came in every morning and gave us his honest opinions on our site. He was a great influence on the sucess of our site as well. There were many people involved in making this site worth seeing!

When this website was origanally created, all of the information was up-to-date. Much has changed since then, though. Broadway is a topic that's always changing. We have done our best to explain which shows are still playing. Certian actors also may no longer be playing the same role. For more current information, look at listings in the newspaper and online.
