CHICKEN ON THE CAN
1 4 pound chicken
1 soda can
All spice or spice of choice
Marinade for injection (optional)
1 injector for injecting marinade
Clean chicken and cut off excess fat.
Fill injector with marinade and inject marinade into each breast of the chicken.
Spice inject chicken to taste.
Open soda can and insert into bottom of chicken.
Place on barbecue so chicken is sitting up right.
Cook over low heat for approximately 1 and one-half hours.
Check temperature make sure it's done.
Check chicken frequently because grease can cause a fire and burn the chicken.
