In the year of 2001 a chocolate bar was found buried near the North Pole!
Sometime between 1939 And 1941 a member of Admiral Richard Byrd one of the first people to explore The North Pole buried a chocolate bar in the ice. It remained in the ice for about 60 years. Then in January 2001 Douglas Stoup found the Hershey bar buried in 2.5 feet of ice! Wow that’s amazing.
