Physical Damage In order for tornadoes to form, there has to be a massive amount of energy involved. According to the amount of force the tornado gives off, many things can be destructed and lives can be taken. Some of the things minor tornadoes destruct include trees, tool sheds, traffic lights, chimneys, and is known well for breaking windows. When the forces increase, not only are trees damaged, but houses and even buildings such as hotels can be destroyed. If a person is in their car and a tornado comes along, they could be picked up or even slammed into things. Most people who have died in tornadoes are either outside, in their cars, or somewhere other than protection.
