"Duck and Cover"

If you are in your closet or a room that is safe in bad weather situations, get into position with your knees tucked under your stomach, your head tucked down to your knees, and your hands over your head holding yourseld in a tight, safe, ball-like position. This technique is known as the duck and cover.If you are out of your car and into the safe ditch or low elevation, lie flat.
